Return Conditions

Our goal is to make sure you are totally satisfied with the purchase you made. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with the product purchased, you can make the return within a period of (5) business days, counted from the date you received your product.

To exercise the right to a change, the products must meet the following requirements:

Changes will be made for products that may have been Damaged and / or Contaminated by the Carrier at the time of shipment
If you identify the possibly adulterated, manipulated and / or fraudulent product.

Returns of all products can be made within (5) days after delivery of the same
Products returned more than five (5) business days from the delivery date are not eligible for returns.

In case of return, the products are subject to additional shipping charges by the customer.

Packages returned due to failed deliveries (i.e .: customer moved, customer provided incorrect or incomplete address) are subject to additional shipping charges by customer
